White Practice (New swimmers & those with 2 yrs or less of competitive experience)  USA Swimming Membership is optional.

Mon/Wed:  5:30-6:30 p.m.

Blue Practice (For swimmers with 2-3 years of Swim Team experience and able to perform all four (4) competitive strokes, turns and starts) USA Swimming Membership is optional.

Mon/Wed/Fri:  5:30-6:30 p.m.

Blue "PLUS" Practice (Up to Age 12.  For those proficient in all strokes & turns and ready for more challenging workouts.  USA Membership is included for this Practice Group.

Mon/Wed/Fri:  6:30-8:00 p.m.
Saturday:  7:00-8:30 a.m.

Gold Practice (Ages 13 & Over.  For the dedicated swimmer.  Swimmers must be proficient in all competitive strokes & turns.  USA Membership is recommended for this Practice Group.

Monday through Friday:  6:30-8:00 p.m.
Saturday:  7:00-8:30 p.m.

Dryland:  Mon/Wed 5:30-6:15 p.m.
