Please fill out one (1) form for each swimmer and return form to Diana Dempsey, Aquatic Director. 

New swimmers:   To pay registration fees, please stop by the YMCA Courtesy Desk.

Returning swimmers, or current YMCA members wishing to join the team, you may either pay on-line, or stop by the YMCA Front Courtesy Desk.
